We are Ashley and Natalie, two moms on a mission to provide every mother with the birth services they deserve. At The Growing Bean we are here to help you achieve the labor you desire and help you ease into parenthood. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, birth and the fourth trimester are the most sacred periods of life but they can also be extremely challenging!

Birth Doula
As Birth Doulas, we are here to help you navigate through labor and birth. We will provide you with evidence based information, techniques for pain management, emotional and physical support. With your intuition and our knowledge we will strive to achieve the birth you desire.
Postpartum Doula
As Postpartum Doulas, we help ensure your transition into parenthood is as seamless as possible. It’s important that every mother gets the opportunity to reenergize and bond with their new baby. We’ll make sure you are confidently breastfeeding and that chores around the house are completed. We are also great listeners, reflecting on your birth can be very healing for many mothers.
